NOT HAPPY WITH ITEMS RECEIVED?
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your items received please contact us at echocrystals13@gmail.com
You are asked to please include photos of the items you have received along with a snap of your packing slip.
We do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind.
ITEMS UNAVAILABLE
As we sell an assortment of one off items or products with limited quantity, they will show as sold out. This is why we strongly suggest you make your purchase as quickly as possible to avoid any disappointment and you get the product you want. In the case you have purchased a product but it has already been sold out, each item presenting the error is manually checked and the first purchase is determined by time stamps and order numbers. If you were deemed to not be the first purchase you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item along with an email notification.
CRYSTAL SCOOPS
Due to our Crystal Scoops being a 'more-bang-for-your-buck' kind of item, we do not offer refunds if any of the prizes or scoop items come broken or cracked.
Email us and we could resolve something else such as, a discount or a certain amount money off, for possible future purchases.
COMPLIANCE
We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds and are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. More information can be found here.
All order issues must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of you receiving your order - the date of delivery as per AusPost tracking records.
