Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We choose to ship a majority of our items using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All of our parcels are shipped via Australia Post.
Australia Post Rates have gone up and so have Echo's Crystals Rates for Australia Wide! We sadly do not offer free shipping up until further notice!
- Standard - a flat rate shipping fee of $14.50 for all domestic orders
- Express Post - a flat rate shipping fee of $19.50 for all domestic orders
- Signature on Delivery - this requires your postie to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If you choose not to add this feature and your parcel goes missing after is has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly. (Signature on delivery would be an additional $4.50 cost, contact us through our email about wanting this option for your package.)

MISSING PARCELS
We are here to help if a parcel goes missing whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels either and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.
If the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police station.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND
Standard shipping is $25 AUD
Express shipping is $38 AUD
We sadly do not offer free shipping until further notice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the UK, USA & Canada!
Canada, USA & UK standard international shipping is $59.80 AUD
Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Norway & Sweden standard international shipping is $42 AUD
South Korea standard international shipping is $20 AUD
Express shipping is not available at this time

DISPATCH TIME
As we are a small team, please allow up to 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS for Domestic order processing and dispatch during peak times.
For International orders, please allow up to 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
For periods when we do our crystal scoops, please give us 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for dispatch as we can get an overwhelming number of orders.
